StrongerMinds offers 4–8 week programs designed to support the physical and mental health of young people in schools and community settings. Each program blends real-life stories, interactive presentations, fitness, and games to engage participants in a way that is both meaningful and fun.
Our programs are built around the education syllabus and use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and emotional regulation skill-building. By combining structured learning with physical activity and relatable storytelling, young people are supported to:
