We are here to help
5 - 12 years old
At Stronger Minds, we help children build the skills they need to feel confident, calm, and capable—both at school and at home. The primary school years are a time of huge growth, and many kids need extra support to manage big emotions, friendships, learning challenges, and daily routines.
Our sessions are practical, engaging, and designed for kids—using play-based activities, creative therapies, skill-building exercises, and evidence-based strategies. We partner closely with parents and schools to ensure children receive consistent, holistic support across all areas of their life.
Stronger Minds is here to help your child feel understood, empowered, and ready to thrive.

12 - 25 Years old
At Stronger Minds, we know the teenage and young adult years come with big decisions, big emotions, and big changes. Our team brings over a decade of experience working across the Education Department and in specialist youth support roles. We’ve spent many years helping young people in schools, community programs, remote regions, and even those navigating more complex life circumstances.
We’ve worked with youth from every background — from students managing everyday stress and mild mental health challenges, to young people facing tough home environments, identity struggles, or needing extra support to get back on track. No matter the story, we’ve supported someone through it.
We help young people aged 12–25 with:
Emotional regulation, anxiety, and mental health support
School, TAFE, and university stress or disengagement
Friendships, relationships, and family conflict
Identity, self-worth, and confidence building
Life skills, motivation, and future planning
Transitions, independence, and navigating adult responsibilities
Our approach is grounded, practical, and relatable. We create a safe, welcoming space where young people feel understood and genuinely supported — without judgement or pressure.
At Stronger Minds, everyone is welcome. Whatever your background or situation, we’re here to help you build resilience, find direction, and thrive.
